Steve Harvey, the host of the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show, can't count the number of impressive women he's met over the years, whether it's through the "Strawberry Letters" segment of his program or while on tour for his comedy shows. Yet when it comes to relationships, they can't figure out what makes men tick. Why? According to Steve it's because they're asking other women for advice when no one but another man can tell them how to find and keep a man. In Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man, Steve lets women inside the mindset of a man and sheds light on concepts and questions such as: The Ninety Day Rule: Ford requires it of its employees. Should you require it of your man? The five questions every woman should ask a man to determine how serious he is. And much more . . . Sometimes funny, sometimes direct, but always truthful, Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man is a book you must read if you want to understand how men think when it comes to relationships.

Table for 1, Please! is NOT your everyday Christian self-help book. While the author appreciates Steve Harvey's intentions with Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man, this book is designed for female readers to "live like a lady, think like God" says author Darice Michelle. This is why the author chose a fiction character, Brinly (pronounced, bren-lee), for readers to identify with and champion on the journey to being whole and complete in God first and foremost, regardless of their marital status. Brinly's struggles as a single unfolds a model for living life victoriously as an individual. The book begins when our heroine cashes checks with her mind and body that she can't afford to have cashed. Brinly's name means "virtuous princess," but this princess has a lot to learn, besides the meaning of her name, before capturing the heart of her prince. The book has three main features: 1.) Brinly's Story, 2.) Brinly's Journal, a collection of inspirational poetry, and 3.) a challenge for readers to who want to help on the journey towards being a victorious individual. While this book focuses on a woman's plight, it will be followed by Table for 1, Thanks! telling the story from a man's perspective, could it be Brinly's prince? Just have faith and read. Readers are invited to continue the journey by visiting Brinly's blog, http: // or

RIDICULE (relationships, intimacy, deception, immorality, commitment, ugliness, love exposed). Women are ridiculed by men. Men subject women to contemptuous and dismissive language and behavior. Men treat women as if they were unworthy of any true acts of kindness, honor, or respect. Men rob women of their godly spiritual significance on earth. Men have been able to do these things because they have deceitfully made women feel esteemed for exploiting their body, and they have used money to ensure women accept degradation with a smile. Women have thus fallen in love with money, and they covet the material things money can buy. Now women partake in the unfruitful works of darkness instead of exposing them (Eph. 5:11). Women no longer adorn themselves in respectable apparel or dress modestly. They fashion themselves in fancy hairstyles and adorn themselves in expensive jewelry and costly attire (1 Tim. 2:9). Simply put, women dress seductively. The attention women receive from dressing seductively fascinates them. However, their bewitchment brings attention to themselves in the wrong way. Therefore, men do not view them in the purest of ways or intent. Appearance limits women to focusing on who they are from a worldview instead of who they are in Christ. The error allows men to lead women down a path of prostitution, whoredom, wickedness, and abuse! Think Like a Lady, Not Like a Man spiritually and secularly exposes what men have done to women in a world system that ignores God.
